We have received some reports from customers where a small number of people are experiencing issues with creating invoices.

Reported problem

People are unable to click the blue button to open out the invoice line to see the time/expense entries, or to switch the mode the invoice line is calculated.

Findings

The problem has been encountered by people using an older version of Google Chrome, and or using Microsoft Edge.

Solution

Projectworks is targeted at Google Chrome, which is the preferred version. Updating to the latest version of Chrome has resolved the issue for all people who have contacted us.

To update Chrome:
  • Open Chrome
  • At the top right, click the 'three dots' icon
  • Click Update Google Chrome
  • Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version!
  • Click Relaunch
