Utilisation target report includes forward view
The Utilisation Target report is now forwards and backwards looking, so you can look at this month, this year, etc, and you will see a complete picture of what has been worked, and what is resourced to work (as well as how much time is taken leave, and how much is unaccounted for).
A few things to note:
- Now showing a Utilised Hours column. Previously this was either Billable Projects - All Time Logged column, or the Billable Projects - Billable time logged column. Now Utilisation can include Resourcing so has it's own column.

Now that we've added more columns, the Billable Projects - All Time Logged column is still there but hidden by default - turn this on if you find it useful

If you want to see historical only, either look at last week / month / year, set a date range, e.g. 01 of the month until yesterday
Data prior to the current date is sourced from timesheets, and the current date forward uses data from resourcing

Time entries are driven from timecodes (billable or non-billable)

Resourcing - only uses the project type (billable or non-billable)
The “Utilisation Target (Projected) report has been retired.

Utilisation widget back on the Exec Dashboard
After a brief hiatus the utilisation widgets are back on the Exec Dashboard. They have been updated with the same logic as the Utilisation Target report.
