Xero integration: Bills to Pay *beta*
We've taken the next step with out Xero integration - with the beta release of integrating personal expenses through to Bills to Pay.
Completing the configuration is as simple as linking up the Tax Types and expense GL Codes from Projectworks to their respective values in Xero - from the Integrations > Accounting screen in the admin section.
Once connected you will have the option to export approved personal expense claims from Projectworks through to Xero, where they will land as draft Bills to Pay.
People from Projectworks will be linked to supplier contacts in Xero, matching on the email address. If there is no supplier in Xero matching the email address of the person from Projectworks then one will be created.

Project settings screen simplified
The setting screen has been split into sections, accessed by the tabs beneath the menu. We hope you find this easier to work with than the long scrolling page.
If you have custom fields on your projects you'll see them on the Additional tab.
